After multiple meetings with the management team to understand their vision for the website, it was clear they wished to maintain the existing content while enhancing its presentation. I began by analyzing the site structure and wireframing the content, presenting my proposed changes to the team for feedback and approval. They were impressed with the approach I took in restructuring the content.
Once the page wireframes were approved, I commenced the design phase, focusing on incorporating the brand identity and styling elements into the website. A key aspect of the design was featuring the latest job listings on the homepage, along with highlighting useful documents for job seekers.
Given that the current website was built on Webflow, the development process was seamless, allowing the in-house team to manage the site efficiently in the long term. As part of the design process, I prioritised the user experience and developed a custom job filter within Webflow, eliminating the need for third-party applications and reducing long-term costs.
Upon completion, the entire team was delighted with the new website's user-friendly interface and its alignment with the Freight Appointment brand. Leveraging Webflow's CMS integrated with a custom CRM, the website now allows for easy uploading and internal linking of job roles, streamlining the recruitment process for the team.
